the lights and the fan are direct line they are not getting off when we give switch but it will turned off and turned on only with key card . The location is terrible and ac has no remote to control . the rooms are not cleaned.

I opted in for complementary breakfast and paid extra but the hotel owners told they won't be providing any food at all. They didn't give toiletries as promised, the toilet n towel were dirty. They don't even provide drinking water. Really bad service. Only good thing is closeness to market. They don't have a good out side view as they claim

Location was not good. Washroom's door was not getting locked properly. Ac and tv was not working. No service at all. Overall an unpleasant stay, and waste of money.

Advantage of this lodge is nearer to all shops and market. That's all i could say. During winter, they could help provide at-least dry bed rolls or bed sheets, no door matt or bathroom matt the day entered, lodge boy was sleeping in reception sofa and did not even responded to my enquiry. I av n understand it was severe cold during 7am morning but he could have check my confirmation details. Asked me to wait for an hour. Never seen such response from anywhere else in my journeys across india. After some time things got improved as owner arranged me staff room as temporary arrangement in 3rd floor unfortunately lift was not working condition not sure whether it worked ever. So what i understand that early check in is seems not possible. But what about rooms facility whereas including water bottle, i had to request one by one by reaching reception.

Very bad service, and the rooms were very dirty, in the morning there was no water in the room while bathing, the power also went off

Yes it was a good experience hotel room was not that clean but it was the bed was come free and bed sheets were neat and clean and hotel star was very kind and that's all but in the problem was i got the room very late 2 hours later. No thanks

Access to property: even cab driver refused to go. In a very very conjusted market. Amenities : none available, not even a water bottle. Food: need to order with swiggy or zomato. No nearby restaurant. Staff: arrived by 23:30. No one was present at front desk. Had to wait good 30 mins b4 a gentleman arrived. Usually there is no one present in-case you need help. Rooms: stinky bathroom with no exhaust. Torn bedsheets and dirty towel. I ac sound will keep you awake whole night. Basically pathetic place to be called a hotel.

Unable to reach the location no parking space worst service

The swtiches were broken and the room had a smell. And the blanket was torn a little around the edges

Cleaning poor bathroom and sleeping bed comfort poor location poor no support staff, lift not working, termites and insects were present totally un satisfied recommend to mm t remove this hotels from there list

Our stay in this hotel was the worst. Firstly its located in an extremely crowded marker area with narrow lanes. So no uber ola taxi can reach there. Secondly the room, sheets and toiler were dirty on our arrival. The worst part is they served us breakfast in a newspaper and made us have it in the reception area. It deserves negative rating i swear! not recommended for anyone.

Easy to find location hygiene is good and supportive staff

Pros - supportive staff, cleaning, lift avialability cons- no kitchen and little interior

but hotel staff is very good 👍

Situated in crowded market place. Just 1 km away from metro station.

Clean and hygienic. Food was good and cooperative staff

It was overall nice stay but could be more better as per price of stay.
