groupWe reached the hotel 10-15 minutes after the booking was done. Unfortunately we were told that there was no room available and after few minutes I quires, they told us that they will be able to give us a room only 11:30 pm, meaning we would have to wait for around 3 hours, we have no where else to go. We told them we have already booked the hotel but they asked us to contact MakeMyTrip for refund or a solution otherwise. Moreover, when we booked our check in timing was 12:30 pm that day and checkout around 12 the next day and we reached the hotel at 9 pm, they should have kept the room ready if booking has been confirmed, also even if we were given a room we could use it only for 2 hours!

The room was stinking with foul smell. But was worth up for what I paid. They was nothing to worry. It was a secured place. I had a good experience. Will recommend everyone as it's cheap and good for 2 hours stay.
