Reception night staff very bad behaviour he behave very bad and he judge us by our cloths and out footwear very rude staff very bad and sad experience fell like animal

Poor Stay
We were denied for a double bed stating we didn't book the same. Which is not true. Breakfast options were not good. Inf-act there were only 2 options

Excellent hospitality at treebo
soloIt was a great pleasure, while staying at the hotel. I was provided early check-in too. Place is hygienic and comfortable. Staffs were also very friendly and easy to reach out.

soloWalking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Beautiful
soloBeautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with tvs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Nice location
soloThis is a beautiful hotel! it’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

Nice hotel
soloThe best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

Stinking washrooms, no cleanliness
Washroom were smelling terribly, no dental kit were provided, cleaning of rooms weren’t done, same towel and bedsheets were there for all the days, no one came for brooming or mopping.. no options in breakfast, wht they have they gave that only, breakfast option is waste… guest weren’t allowed despite mentioning that it will b allowed. No security nothing is there. Overall bad experience.

Attractive and good location
The hotel was very attractive, clean, and staff was extremely responsive. Anna at the front desk made us feel welcome. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Great location. We could walk to all the main tourist attractions.

Horrible place
Whole hotel was stinking including rooms. No enough light in bathroom. The was bad smell in lift. The photos not matching with fact. I am disappointed. After all other hotels in pune are still available with cheaper rate. This ruined my trip.

Average Stay
The hotel was new. So there was little mismanagement. The sitting arrangement was not proper for guests if some one wants to call the guests for meet up and having dinner or lunch with them.
