Hotel staff was good there is no working ac in the room. rooms and washroom are not nit and clean They didn't provide me breakfast as of they added breakfast when i booked room hotel did not give me single water bottle as a free very worst hotel ever

worst experience, terrible hotel actually this is not a hotel , badly serviced apartment , NO basic amenities, NO mineral water, very very bad smell inside room, dirty bedding, NO room service, NO restaurant service, No tea , I got nothing after paying more than 2000 inr for one day family stay, family was totally upset with the room & my trip totally spoiled.. as this property does not deserve a 01 star.. Unprofessional guy sitting on reception, he does not co-operate at all. Totally waste of money, Guys you will get very good hotels in Pune City pl don't come here
