At midnight of 10th April2025,I was looking for a distress overnight stay in pune. My booking was for instant stay. When I reached to this property at they told me it was for 13th April 2025.after paying full amount in advance if u get this type of experience? I requested manager to return my money he asked me to email? I emailed on same id that I received booking confirmation immediately. But so far I have not received any so far??

Our stay at hotel pacific inn was nice, first of all it is without any hassle. We stayed there for three days. The hotel has attached kitchen so that, coffee tea etc can be ordered in house. The breakfast was reasonably good and we had one dinner in our stay, it was more than we expected and reasonably priced. Finally staff are good, help full, non interfering and happy to help type.

It was a hassle free checkin, was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff both owners of the hotel, it was a pleasant stay as well, my only complaint was the quality of bed sheets, it had 2 minor holes in it apart from that very clean bathrooms and well maintained and clean rooms

Room was not worth even rs. 1500. There are 2 pacific inn hotels in pune. So, same name also caused confusion while booking ride to hotel. Food was good but expensive. We had to request for delivery of glasses for drinking water, room already didn't have those. There were mosquitoes in the room.

Good service and stay

this is a quaint little hotel in baner area of pune. the staff are friendly and helpful and will do their best to make your stay a comfortable one. the rooms are cozy and well kept. i would be happy to come back 👍🏻

The room was quite compact, people in the resturant were good. Lift is also there. Ac needs to be improved.

Neat and clean premises and courteous and helpful staff with slightly average type kitchen facilities.

There was lot of noise by the staff in the night. Couldn't sleep properly. Very cramped area, lack of parking space. No proper restaurant. Staff was ok.

Hotel was very small. More like a service apartment.

Stay was comfortable but for the price taken, the amenities provided are not justified.

Non hygienic stay, room not clean

I had visited the hotel on 16th october the bedsheet was torn and dirty in morning we spotted cockroach as well in the room. Hygiene level is pathetic.

Excellent food & location but its a little inside the lane & hence for the first time we will find a little difficulty in tracing the location. Staff is good, rooms are well maintained with the furnishings & round the clock customer service.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms are okay. Staff is very polite and courteous. Responds to the requests immediately.

Poor quality of rooms, absolutely no service of any kind.
