Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I booked a Deluxe Room at FabHotel 24 Baner, but the experience was below expectations. The room had two single beds joined together instead of a proper double bed, which was uncomfortable. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the charging points were not conveniently located near the bed. Overall, not a very comfortable stay — could be improved with better maintenance and basic amenities.

My experience was average. Rooms were not very clean it was smelling, also lot of hairs were there on the floor. When there a time to checkout one person came and started knocking on the door instead of using landline. Tow thing’s to improve on cleanliness and privacy.

The beds are not comfortable rest its a beautiful location and space there was no light backup for 2-4hrs as well
