Hotel staff is good, room was near and clean. Ambience is really good for people who prefer peace. Would recommend others too. Nice place to visit nearby as shops stalls food counters are nearby

Good Stay
Overall experience was good, rooms are clean, staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is also good, but it would be even better to have a menu for choosing the breakfast. Also, tea or coffee services should be available for the whole day and not just with breakfast. Everything else is good.

Good Stay. But need to improve in some areas.
Overall experience is above the average. 1. Location and Stay is good. But the property is old. 2. Hot water is only morning 7 to 11. That can improve for 24/7. 3. Breakfast isn't good. Average Stay
The hotel staff was warm, they made tasty breakfast every morning. The location is good and the view of trees from the room was good. The hotel can do better with general cleanliness of its bedding and upholstery. They had a spring coir bed which isn’t suitable for my body. I asked them to change to a regular cotton bed - gadda. They changed it. But that bed wasn’t clean. Regular bedding and upholstery cleaning would make the stay better.

A peaceful and a comfortable stay
Pros- 1) Very good location: walking distance from all the eateries in fc road and quick commutes to main city. Autos easily available around the area. 2) Helpful and friendly staff 3) Clean rooms and bathrooms 4) Quiet and peaceful 5) Safe for solo women travelers 6) Allow food delivery Cons 1) Hotel is not easily visible as its situated off the main Agarkar road. You have to take another lane that runs parallel to the main road. 2) Hot water for shower available only at specific times as solar heating. By evening its generally lukewarm or cold. 2) Breakfast- It's the typical Maharashtrian options like poha, misal etc which may not be appreciated by all. Quantity is also less, and some items are spicy. Best not to have breakfast here but go to Wadeshwar or Roopali which is a 5 mt walk and opens at 7 am. 3) Approach lane to the hotel has a regular crowd of youngsters hanging out smoking in the open so you will be inhaling that while walking there. Best to use the main road for day to day stepping out, instead of this lane and then take the staircase which leads to the hotel. 4) Bathroom fittings are bit old and need to be careful while using especially the shower fitting, the shower head was also loose. These need repairs. My stay was very comfortable, and staff helped me lot by giving me extra time for check out owing to unavoidable situation. They respond quickly to your requests. The amenities provided are one mineral bottle per day, liquid handwash and liquid shampoo / bodywash in the bathroom. No dental kit. These things don't matter to me but may matter to others, hence mentioning. Room has an electric kettle and a supply of tea bags, coffee, powdered milk and sugar. Crockery is melamine, they should think of changing it to ceramic or glass. Ac, fans, lights etc. were working fine, there were no issues at all. I had a peaceful and a comfortable stay

Pune central location & multiple food joints
perfect Pune central location with many famous food joints and has an energy around. 5-star review could have been earned with little better outlook+reception and the room allocation as per booking. Service is good and responsive.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed , and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the plush bathrobes, quality toiletries, and the daily turndown service.

Good experience but not worth
the hotel was good and the staff was friendly. the issues started from the first night when I came back to the hotel and found around 20 cockroaches flying around in my room and washroom. from then on, I had to live with them till the end. also, wifi is terrible inside the rooms. whenever I complained this to the staff, they said, dekhlenge saab.
