Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given was tiny, dingy, and nothing like the pictures shown while booking. During the rain, water leaked in through the window, making the stay very uncomfortable. The room smelled bad and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Cleanliness was poor, with visible dust around. The breakfast had very limited options and was far from satisfying. To make things worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very poor Service,, No minimum maintainance this. Wash room Not clean. staff behaviour very aggressive.

apart from AC all things were good they don't have ac that us apt for room temp either you sweat or feel cold don't know but didn't had good experience just AC was bad

Best Budget stay in Kolkata's main market area
This hotel is situated at the main market area. Ambient is good. Car parking available. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms were cleaned. Bathroom were good. The rooms have no Fan.

Not hygiene.
Not hygiene... food service was not available during my stay. Seating chair was not available. AC was working properly.

Worth the price
one of the best in this area, do not think other about any other hotel in this budget it has in side parking that most hotel do not have and a working lift and staff was nice

Good Stay
The stay was good, the room was clean and well maintained. Thanks to danish we got a complementary breakfast as well. The staff at the property was also really helpful. Would recommended everyone to stay at the property if you’re thinking of visiting kolkata. The best part is the property is in park street so you can walk and visit places nearby as well.

soloPlace was average and closer to the marathon venue. Breakfast was very oily. Toilet had a foul smell throughout in spite of being clean.

Not a good breakfast, it was cold and not tasty. Damaged towels were given. When asked for fresh towels they were also damaged from centre. No intercom provided in room 102. Door handles broken. Sealed water bottles were not provided. No hot water available for bathing, early morning. Overall experience was not so good. It's less than average

Filthy property, look for something else
soloLocation is good. Property is filthy, i might not prefer treebo again considering other better options in this price range. The breakfast area smells nasty and my room door lock got fixed twice in front of me. Property really needs maintenance. Staff is good and polite. They were quite okay to keep my luggage for an extra hour post checkout.

Worst and cheaters
businessLocation average, room size average no food served in the hotel, even though they have advt in house dinning the restaurant was non functional. Breakfast didnot start till 8. 00am

Good Stay
The checkin experience was good. The room had no telephone line but had to use mobile phone. There was a mini fridge provided in the amenities but was not there in the room. Overall good for a short stay.
