Disappointed and Faulty Service and Facilities. Photos Misleading
Overall it's not worth and Several Lapses found in service and Facilities. Pros 1. Property location near to Taxi stand and Bus stand. So accessible to public transport if required. 2. Only 2 Items provided in complimentary Breakfast i.e., Neer Dosa, Pudi (Rice ball kind of item), without any coconut or Groundnut chutney. But items tasted good. 3. Property was maintained average in terms of cleanliness. CONS 1. No Hot Water Provided on the day of check in due to Geaser repair issue. We were disappointed with that as wete craving for a shower after hectic tour day. 2. Towels were provided only after we requested for it. Showgel was empty. We used our own bath soap. 3. No Exhaust fan in Bathroom and if we open window, there is a strong cold wind coming in. So the toilet smell didn't went out and we got suffocated. Bathroom roof was also found to be with green algae. 4. Room lighting is too dim l, even after switching on all lights, as if we were staying in some cave. 5. Did not provide a Kettle for making tea or coffee. 6. Complimentary Breakfast was a Joke, as they provided with only 2 items that too Neer dosa and another rice item (Server said it is Pudi, in Telugu it is Guntha Ponganalu). No chutney. Just one rasam and Tomato Soup. It's just exploitation in the name Complimentary Breakfast. So Overall we were very disappointed with the service and definitely not worth it.

Average Stay
Place was fine for stay with cleanliness. The staff need to be more attentive to attend to customers. The breakfast was not so good to say, better off not to opt for breakfast in the package. We had to carry our own luggage upstairs & back downstairs while checkout.

Terrible Stay
There was a very bad smell in the reception aeea and in the room as well.will not recommend this property to anyone

Very poor service and amenities and rooms not good
Very poor service at the stay home very costly price to pay the rent for stay home and very poor customer care and food service and amenities poor

Fabulous experience, pleasent stay, around 600 meter from bus stand easily can travel by auto, rooms are clean and neat.

The property is not in a good location but the food was good and from this property view was also not good

Worst and miser
It was a worst experience as i couldn't stay at this property at all. Since there are continuous road blocks in this area due to festivals, i'm trying to reach the hotel till morning 2am and i could not reach the hotel by 2 am also. The roads of the town were blocked due to the festival and the hotel was inside the town. The hotel guy sent different route maps to reach the hotel but none worked because of road closures. When the way to reach the hotel is blocked how come they can make the booking available and let the customers do the booking and roam in the night around the whole town and still couldn't reach the location and even mm t allowed it. I have paid 4200 rupees and unable to use the service at all just because the location is in a blocked route. When i have asked the hotel guy to do something to reach the location, he was like i can't do anything as the roads are blocked due to festival, when the road is blocked due to festival why did they made their property available for booking. This is ridiculous and from mm t side i have expected it would be more updated info but realised it is not. Hope i will never use mm t in future and will post a this experience in the social media to let everyone know about these kind issues with mmt, if they haven't taken any action against this and do justification for my terrible inconvenience and experience.

You are just paying for property
The property was amazing, in make my trip it was flexible check in was mentioned but owner asked us to check in at right time 11am that’s okay. The next day at 8am we asked for tea owner said no only milk is available and breakfast will start at 8. 30am at the end, they didn’t serve neither breakfast nor tea.
