Good experience with Anam International
It was a short stay there, overall it's a good property with economical prices.. Would definitely be interested to visit the property again

Average Stay
We stayed for 4 days. The hotel needs a good professional manager who can solve small customer’s complaints. A few we faced were: 1. No proper lights in washroom and they never bothered to change even after multiple reminders for continuous 4 days 2. After room cleaning they don’t keep proper towels, tissues, water bottles etc. 3. The hotel lift did not work for 3 out of 4 days of our stay. 4. In-house restaurant food delivery was delayed by 1 hr extra and with inconsistent quality and spicy food. 5. The corridors has smoking smell throughout. 6. Other late night guests were mainly youngsters and disturbing till late night due to drinking.

Everything perfect, neat and clean rooms.location also good ,While the hotel leans more towards a business vibe, it offers everything you’d expect from a top-class. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread at the restaurant – everything was fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented, making mornings a delight. What stood out most was the hospitality of the staff – always warm, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The location is another plus point, Overall, I loved my stay here. It’s perfect for business travelers and those who want a comfortable city stay with top-notch amenities, though I’d say it may not be the first choice for a relaxed holiday resort vibe.

The hotel's location is near the railway station...rooms are good...the deluxe room is spacious...staff is cooperative...you can order food from outside...overall value for money

I stayed here for 2 days in August 2025. The staff here is not only extreme helpful, but the stay here is affordable. The service is also fantastic. Would 100% suggest staying here.

Nice comfortable stay at a prime sit
Neat room. Timely follow up for nice breakfast. Allowed very late check in ,as I got delayed. Also allowed late check out.

Average Stay
The exterior design is not good and the location is not convenient, there's a rat roaming here and there just outside the entrance. They didn't put all essential kit I have to ask personally, but they respond immediately which is good. The elevator is not working also, but they help us with our luggage which is okay. So it's average in overall.

Shabby Hotel
Such a shabby room. Shabby reception. Overall Shabby hotel. These kind of hotels should not be included in mybiz. Only good point was - it was near to mumbai central railway station.

Excellent Stay
The Property where we stayed in matheran is fantastic and the staff is also very helpful but they should upgrade their foo quality...the breakfast is decent but the dinner is not on the good side we don't have good experience while dining in. All over its a decent experience staying at the westend hotel.

Poor Stay
Cockroaches everywhere in Washroom in toilet and on table apart from that location was good but Ac also was not working properly water was coming out of it .
