Istayed at Hotel Tree Cottage, Rishikesh from 15th to 18th August with my family, where we had booked 4 rooms. The location of the hotel is nice and peaceful, but unfortunately, our experience was not very good. There were AC water leakages in all rooms and even after repeated requests, the bedsheets were not changed for 4 days, with the excuse that the laundry person was not available. In one of the rooms, the leakage was so bad that we had to use a bucket to collect water. Cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on these issues, because the property has potential to give guests a much better experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. Water was leaking from the AC, causing the floor to become completely wet and slippery. I reported the issue, but no one came to clean or fix it for three days. This created a very unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. Such delays in maintenance and poor service are unacceptable. last they have no cleaning staff to come to clean the room..very unhigenic The property food is good and location is good but facilities is worst..Ac not working..no cleaning staff came even after informed

Tree House Cottage is a very good property. But it is not managed properly. The room I booked had very bad smell. To had to upgrade to another delux room. Food service is very slow. Washroom was dirty.

it's was a bad experience. the kitchen phone was not working. the tv was also not working it was saying please recharge. the was was on bad shape. there are garbage underbed

lizard shit on bad ..I uprade to deluxe room with balcony ..same issue there lizard shit on bad ,dusty room no clean no towel no water in room ..they ask extra charges for bottle water . smelly room,only location is good

We booked a cottage it was pretty basic but the view outside had our heart. bathroom amenities were very basic and I can't say it was comfortable

The washrooms were not clean they were used before I checked in. They didn't even have a first aid kit I got injured on the property and had to go to the medical shop on the road to get a bandaid. The blanket covers had stains on them they didn't even provide soaps and other toiletries amenities that you would get in a basic hotel stay. The ambience is good but the services aren't. Not worth the amount.
