Room was not clean. they didnt even provided water. we booked a window room. they offered a closed room.

I had a very disappointing experience at Devraj. The rooms were not clean at all, with no basic hygiene or maintenance. Despite repeated requests, no housekeeping or room service was provided throughout the stay. What made things worse was the behavior of the hotel care taker, — extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of addressing concerns, they were dismissive and even disrespectful at times. Even though i have already booked my stay and paid full amount in advance. He rudely spoke to me and said, “ek to maine apke lie room rokkar rakha hai aap mera dimag q kharab kar rahi ho madam jaker soiye and sone dijiye” his behaviour were like he do me favour to kept my room booked. And then switched off the phone. This is really unacceptable behaviour This is not the kind of experience any guest should have, especially when paying for hospitality and comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope the management takes feedback seriously to improve their standards.
