First of all I thank you for taking out your valuable time for this review, as I can see that you have said that our service is not good, first of all this is not a hotel, it is a home stay, you may not get hotel like service here, secondly we try our best to ensure that no one faces any problem, it was not our job to drop off your relatives who came with you, still on your saying and request I spoke to my father and brother and dropped them at their hotel where they were staying. There were kids also with him so I thought I would help him, this does not come under our service, still we did it, regarding cost you had booked the last minute, after including tax and GST the cost will definitely be more, it is not our fault
