I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at your property on August 2, 2025, along with five friends.
From the beginning, we experienced issues with delayed room service. During dinner, we were extremely dissatisfied with the food quality. I had ordered chicken curry and rice, which was poorly prepared and tasted bland.
I immediately reported this to the available manager, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, he responded rudely, questioning whether I was arguing and stating that not all customers have the same taste in food. I calmly explained that I prefer spicy food, and he simply replied “okay” without offering any resolution.
Later, I asked if I could at least be served a cheese omelette, but I was sent a plain omelette instead. No feedback was taken after this incident, and no staff followed up with us.
Due to this unpleasant experience, my friends and I skipped breakfast the following morning. At the time of checkout, I informed the front desk that we hadn’t had breakfast and requested if something could be arranged. However, I was told that breakfast service time had ended, and we were not provided anything.
This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the standards of hospitality we expected. Therefore, I kindly request that you initiate a refund for the unsatisfactory services provided during our stay. We feel that the value of the services delivered was not in line with what we paid for.
Please look into this matter urgently and respond at the earliest.
