The room of fully suffering from seepage and a lot of smell of seepage in the room. Bed and other things was very good

I booked a stay at Octave Nirvana Suites, Gurgaon (19–20 July) through MakeMyTrip, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. When I reached the hotel after a long journey, they bluntly denied me check-in, claiming the air conditioning wasn’t working in multiple rooms. Instead of fixing the issue, they casually told me to come back another day for a “free stay” — as if that makes up for wasting my time and ruining my plans. To make matters worse, one agent told me they couldn't even find my earlier complaint and asked me to repeat the whole story again. Seriously? This experience has been mentally exhausting, a waste of money, and a total failure of service — both by the hotel and by MakeMyTrip. 👉 I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and think twice before booking through platforms that don’t back you up when things go wrong.

There was no towel in room and not good fragrance in room

Worst service ever in starting they clearly denied as for giving us rooms they said we can not check un in midnight after argument they give us rooms kn different floor even they have 2 available rooms in same floor they didn't give us water towels when we ask for water they said in morning we will give uh service staff's is very rude arrogant worst experience ever

Excellent stay. Helpful staff especially Mr. Sumit at Reception. Rooms are good with balcony connection with sliding glass.
