My stay in hotel Toy was fabulous. Food was excellent Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.

Nice property and room was also good But food is not good

Room was good, linen was nice and clean, breakfast was excellent. But my toilet flush tank malfunctioned early morning, staff responded timely and opened another room for me. Worst part was when a guy from room service came into the room without even knocking just shouting “room service” and BOOOMMMM......he was in my room. That was the only part that turned me off otherwise the stay was good

the rooms were clean and spacious but amenities were not provided like slippers and dental kit and the washroom had some fruit flies

there were tons of amenities writte but werent there, no mini bar, no proper room, there were stains on mirrors, not worth at all and not even a 4 star,

breakfast was not tasty .not upto mark

Hotel is very neat and clean.. comfort stay and good location.. Just if they can provide few amenities like sleepers dental kit so that will be excellent

Great checkin and checkout wxperience at the hotel quite a brilliant place. Speacially rhe suite room.

Service was also lacking. Plates piled up on our table, and despite the staff walking around, no one seemed interested in clearing them. This buffet was not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent breakfast. There are far better options elsewhere.

I had high expectations for The Toy Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, with the front desk staff being indifferent and unhelpful. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and there was no proper guidance regarding the hotel amenities. The room was poorly maintained—there was a lingering odor, the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was barely working, and despite multiple complaints, the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with requests for basic amenities like towels and toiletries either ignored or delayed. The biggest letdown was the food. The restaurant served overpriced, bland dishes, and the service was equally disappointing. Even after complaining, there was no effort to improve or acknowledge the issues. Overall, my stay at The Toy Hotel was frustrating and not worth the price. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and unresponsive staff made for a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.

All was very nice and comfortable Food was awesome. Enjoyed the stay. Location was superb with all the major attractions nearby.

Easily accessible ,decent property.If you want to spend one day in the city and looking for something which is near to main market

Property is located at prominent and peaceful location . The rooms are big enough for price quoted . The food both veg and non-veg were good . Breakfast menu was buffet served with good service .

It's a good hotel with excellent restaurants. Centrally located with a small mall attached for shopping too.
