Horrible Stay – Worst Hotel Experience at Itsy Hotel GM Residency
My stay at Itsy Hotel GM Residency was a nightmare. I had booked my room a day in advance, but they didn't provide the room I reserved. Instead, I was given a tiny, filthy room crawling with bugs and insects. The hygiene was horrible, and the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. To make matters worse, the electricity went out at night with no backup or support. It was one of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Not worth your money or peace.

Average Stay
Food and place was good but room maintenance was not good, TV was not working and other things were average. Their negative point - There were cockroaches everywhere, they should get pest control done.

Location is not good
rooms are newly constructed but location of the hotel is not good. staff at reception is good and understanding. cleanliness can be better. dining facilities are not available at this property.

Terrible Stay
The room was not clean, the water was not available, the door lock was not broken and they didn't even provide the breakfast on time and it was also brought from outside which was absolutely wasteful and they called before the checkout time to leave.

Terrible Stay
I didn’t even stayed there. This property is pathetic and location is much more pathetic, not a safe location. I asked makemytrip customer care to cancel the booking as it was their mistake that they didn’t check the fake reviews and also unclear locality pictures. Customer care told me that the concerned team will get back to you regarding issue you faced, but its been more than four days I neither got any call nor messages. Hotel receptionist told me that sir if you will reach out to them then they will refund your money as you have valid reason but no response yet. I Will stop using makemytrip and also will stop using its credit card. Its very frustrating for a stranger who is travelling to any city and trusting mmt. I paid around 6000rs, but not a single panny got back as I didn’t even check in, I didn’t even get any call. Stop doing the nonsense business and fooling customers.

I could smell smoke everywhere through the hote
The smell of smoke everywhere and their kitchen is closed nearly half of the day. however you can order via zomato or swiggy. location is good since it's only 10-15 minutes walk away from ISBT 43 bus station. rooms are good but not the best.
