Poor hygiene and no Hot water when need it we have been asked to wait one hour due to Solar panel condition due to rainy weather hotel dint meet our expectations for the price

Excellent Stay
The complimentary breakfast was tasty..and the stay was very good..staff is good..you can definitely stay here... sector 22 and elante mall near this location.

Staff was very good. And I really enjoyed the stay😃. The view was very awesome from the room and fortunately it was raining so I had a great time over there.

Good Stay
The room was good , the staffs there are very nice , worth it of money . Very nice experience , we didn't find any sort of inconvenience during our stay .

The room was okay. I have booked this room with breakfast to save my morning time. But hotel staff refused to serve breakfast before 08 30 am. So i have to leave hotel early to find breakfast outside. It is not well for hotel guest. We are there in your city for work. Ask me to pay extra money for bed sheet laundry owner asked me to pay 300 extra for washing which is i don’t think any other hotel will charge

I and my family trouble with this hotel
Dirty rooms and not provide for early check-in. So i and my family very troubles in this hotel and not provide breakfast on time.

Poor quality accomodation
Poor quality accomodation, very small rooms, no kettle no bottled water in room, when we asked for hot water flask to make our own coffee, they provided lukewarm water, pathetic very poor room service

Pathetic
I saw nice reviews of the hotel at a reasonable price. Although rating was 3 star but i booked it straightaway as i had to stay only for few hours. The condition of the room especially washroom was pathetic; it was stinky and had a terrible stay at such a price.

familyThe hotel is situated at an height of three storied building. No rpt no lift to reach. We have to climb more than 75 steep steps to reach hotel rooms. Not yet all recommended for family accompanied with old and sick personal for stay.
