I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention several issues I faced during my stay at your hotel last night, which caused significant discomfort and inconvenience.
Between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM, there was a power outage, and we were left without air conditioning. Despite trying to adjust the settings, the room remained hot and humid, making it very difficult to sleep.
Additionally, I tried calling the reception several times during this period, but no one answered the phone. I had also requested a bottle of water, but was provided with regular room-temperature water. When I asked for cold water, the staff simply said, “We don’t have any.”
I would like to ask your management: what kind of service is being provided to guests? These issues reflect poorly on the standard and commitment of your hospitality.
