The staff response is very bad and rude. They don't clean washrooms regularly. Indeed we need to beg everytime to clean the washrooms . Very pathetic rooms and poor hospitality. I never recommend this hotel for outsiders . The hotel is just situated in the corner of the flyover and its not accessible to the main market and restaurants . Rooms are not spacious and leaky pipes everywhere in the hotel . So overall a very bad experience after staying for 3 days pre advance booking . Thank you all

Room was very small, breakfast was not gud. Only one towel used for two peoples.

Hospitality of the hotel staff very poor. Bathroom was bad with poor fittings. Food was not good. Overall poor experience.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention several issues I faced during my stay at your hotel last night, which caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. Between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM, there was a power outage, and we were left without air conditioning. Despite trying to adjust the settings, the room remained hot and humid, making it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, I tried calling the reception several times during this period, but no one answered the phone. I had also requested a bottle of water, but was provided with regular room-temperature water. When I asked for cold water, the staff simply said, “We don’t have any.” I would like to ask your management: what kind of service is being provided to guests? These issues reflect poorly on the standard and commitment of your hospitality. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your services.

Not recommended. Too many electricity cuts. Generator is also faulty. Food was OK. Rooms are small. Washroom is OK.

Room is neat and clean but the size of bathroom is very conjusted . shampooo and soap are not available in bathroom. The food service is very slow

Very Cheap and bushtit hotel they don't know how to treat the peoples. Parking is not available and after park your vehicle they will not take any responsibility Breakfast was included in the booking but 1-2 very limited option. if you wants to eat some fruits and your own food they will give plates and bowls they don't have sleepers they don't have dental kit they don't have shaving kit. Towels are not seems properly cleaned . power cut issues also there. billing process is also not good if you don't know what you have order they will add anything in your bill and you have to paid

It's a good place. But the building is not very esthetic. Staff are well behaved, Rooms are good but not great same goes for food. But you get what you pay. My go to place for stay.

Needs a lot of work with regard to hotel upkeep.... need to be more pro active in hospitality.... parking is an issue .... though situated in the market ... but at the price point... good enough

Location was good. Rooms were clean Food and Room service was okay. Only issue was that lift was out of service. Rest fine.
