The stay was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean as shown in pics, the stay was at a great location in the middle of the city with everything nearby.

Very Comfortable with a good breakfast .. Easy to approach from the bus stand . Good at the market palace ..

I had a family stay at South End. I did the online booking and it was a very good stay. I had to face some difficulties but with the help of the manager everything went well. In my next visit to Chandigarh, I will stay here. Thank you, Hotel South End.

The room was neat and clean. We booked a Deluxe Double Bedroom but the King Size bed was big enough to accommodate three of us. Washroom was also well maintained & clean. The staff was cooperative and helpful. I can easily recommend this hotel.

Property is not good in this price because lift is not there and phone not working, door lock not working and bathroom door is too noisy. So don’t book this property

Room are quite spacious and hygienic. Rooms were clean and properly managed. Had a relaxing stay there.

We were 3 people and we booked a room. Though the room was spacious, but I did not like the cleanliness of the room. TV set in room was not connected to cable, washroom had clothes of some people in it, washroom had a bath tub too, but it was not functional. Though most the things were solved when I called the room service except bath tub, but I don’t expect such things in a hotel that charges 2.5k for a room. I would have had not complained. Also, I ordered food, and food was not very tasty. Also, plate they sent were not clean. All in all, it is not worth it’s price. I think only location justifies the price as this hotel is in Sec 35.

The cleanliness part could have been better. The sheets had to be changed.

I don't understand why this Hotel is listed under safety hygiene and safety standards. I couldn't See any safety standards or any hygiene maintained by the staff. Room service was terrible and so was the cleanliness in room everything was so dusty.
