good food, staff. cleanliness needs attentions
had breakfast. Alu paratha. it was good. location ok. within market area. so some other restaurants and shops around. amenities: soap shampoo, kettle for tea coffee. cleanliness was an issue. chair, sofa was not clean. bed seemed to have bed bugs. could be better other than that experience was.good. staff is very courteous. and helpful.

Had a comfortable stay though the budget is high considering the facilities. Bed spreads and pillow covers should be cleaned properly

Comfortable and cool stay
coupleComfortable and nice stay. Food quality is also good. Enjoyed the punjabi breakfast served with love and care. Only the late night noise was disturbing. Overall a good stay.

Poor Stay
To much expensive. Make my trip charged me for 3000 whereas if you go their directly it will cost u only rs 2000.

Pathetic service and experience got
I asked for water bottle multiple times, but no one came to give water and we slept without drinking water. And we booked for two days but on the second day no one came and cleaned the room even though the washroom was also not cleaned and the towel was not replaced, even bad sheets are also not replaced.

Good Stay
There was no bathroom door mat for bathroom when i asked the staffs about this they said that these have been sent for cleaning and the other things what i should say about the cost of foods which ware too much costly otherwise overall experience is good.

Worst room i booked a king size bed but they gave twin bed. I never want to visit this hotel again.

Room is good, but rest rooms are very small along with lift. No ramp is available to pull luggage stroller.
