HOTEL THE ZODIAC

The lift was not working which was very inconvenient for elderly rats in the false ceiling fungus in bathroom

We had seen this hotel on make my trip app. We like their rooms, washrooms so just booked it. Food was too gud and staf was very coperative. Its inside city everything is to walking distance. Our overall experience was superb.

Great location, comfortable, gr 8 staff. Perfect business traveler's hotel

the staff mam was so rude.. and she was in so much attitude. she even not opened the gate when i used go inside/outside the gate

-room/cushions were not clean. -tv channels were not provided. -tea kettle n dental kit were not provided as contracted. -washroom leaking. -morning tea not provided inspite of paid order given.

The staff ( so called maneger) was too rude in nature having no any sence to treat their customers.

Rooms were shabby. Condition of room is very poor not worth the value of Money i paid for this kind of shabby room very dim lights in room. cousins were dirty , bathroom lights were flickering, condition of soap was poor In short

All in all it was good except the room service.

I didn't go to the hotel plus i didn't get refund on it. If u really can help then pols help me with the refund of this booking. I was not getting cancellation option. If u can help pols help me

After having a very worst stay at the regent (sector 35) we came here with very few expectations and they provided a very good service.

No hot water in washroom after several companies, it was not repaired

Good staaf or hotel. Food is very tasty

Room was not that spacious and bathroom accessories were not in good condition. Card provided by them to unlock room was not working.

Price paid was not worth, no service provided, basic requirements were missing like hand towels electrical cattle

I had a good stay and the staff was extremely courteous. There were some shortages but the attitude of the staff helped to make it better.

While having breakfast in the at the restaurant we saw rat moving on the table and on the cousin of sofa i feel it's not hygienic next time to go there.

For Industrail visit, this Hotel is really good.
