Location and food are good but the amenities and services are very very poor. Very bad experience with these two services... very surprise they are not provide basic amenties like- bath towels, Napkin, Dental kit etc. very very disappointed

The staff was good and polite, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed was not clean and there were insects both on the bed and in other areas of the room. There was no toiletry kit provided in the washroom, and even basic items like towels were missing. If the hotel can improve its hygiene and provide basic amenities, it would be a much better experience overall.

Make my trip y did u add this vendor and y r u suggesting to the customers about this property highly disrespectful to me. These hotels are the face of make my trip so don't entertain such vendors. I checked in at 3. 30pm and checked out at 8. 45 pm. Approached your make my team at 8. Pm and was on call with your team until 8. 45 pm. Finally checked out from this hotel tulip. Process my refund of this property. I'm not happy with this property suggestion. They are using room fresheners the whole time. U believe it or we did not use the rest room since we checked in. Highly dissatisfied with your suggestions

soloJust entered in the room. It is so small and congested that no one can take at this price. Just like room is for drivers. Even the toilet is smaller than a normal house. Very very bad. I think hotel onn will off soon.
