Hotel The Benz

Its Just a basic hotel with no working tea making kettle, no hot water and no lifts .. of its a night need.. so so

Room was not appropriate according to price. There were no windows. Bathrooms were not clean. Staff was not polite. There was no hotwater in bathroom. They didn't provide basic amenities like electric kettle saying that it doesn't come in this package. They even didn't provide shampoos. Overall worst experience!

Good for family stay and basic amenities are there as well and food is also good and room service is available

Very good customer service, staff was friendly and hotel is well maintained. It was easy to locate, and the presence of a mall nearby made it convenient to step out

This is a average hotel not so interactive staff rooms are small the main problem is room is too small that even if you spak slowly jn the room your voice goes out actively that i felt uncomfortable as a couple

The hotel staff was very unprofessional. Simple etiquettes were not followed. The room was okay. Food was also okay okay. Coffee was good. Overall average stay.

Horrible facilities 1. No hot water. 2. No towel. 3. Hot water kettle coloured. 4. Toilet gun wrongly positioned. 5. Smelling blanket

The room was not maintained well, neither hotel. Bathroom was dirty with rusty soap holders. No towels were provided. Linen was not clean and room was stinky. I had to check out after 2 hrs.

It’s a good located hotel just 6 km from airport chandigarh. But a little problem there about cleaning

The property location was good, the food was good but over priced, amenities were not good and if i talk about services, hotel staff behaviour and services were satisfactory.

The food is good and the service is amazing but the biggest issue is the cigarette smell in the blanket and the washroom door locks are there. The staff is good but this problem affects the say.
