Stay was good less hygenic it can be more hygenic rest all is fine food was good

Food is very high rate Food ka khana acha nhi hai aur rate bhe bhot zada hai

by Google map I found this property but the name of property in Google map showing as fab casa

Room is not to clean reception is not trained also no complementary water bottle are available in room

The rooms were not clean, washroom was not clean, There is smell from the blanket. stain on wall paint. Overall Pathetic condition. Zero Heigen

My stay at Hotel Casa was very disappointing. The room was poorly maintained and lacked proper amenities (like a pantry), yet they charged ₹1700The staff were not well-mannered — it seemed like random people were sitting around without any sense of hotel service or ethics. Definitely not worth the price.

Stay wasn’t clean. Didn’t match the picture shown on the website. The bedding and towels provided were dirty/burnt at places.

We had reserved three rooms at this hotel and just checked out. We arrived late at 12 p.m., and Mr. Sonu was waiting for us at the reception desk. Rooms were ready and given to us immediately. Every room and bathroom was neat and clean. Breakfast was provided was complimentary, and the aloo parathas and sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious. Mr. Sonu and the room boys provide excellent service. Overall, a pleasant and decent stay.

I booked the best room in the hotel as was described on make my trip app and when i reached there it was totally different. Toilet was not in proper working condition, room was full of dampness and moisture even the roof had leakage and i had to survive for the night with that leakage.
