HOTEL BEST INN

The room itself was as given in the pictures and the electricity and AC were working as well. There were no major issues during the stay either, but we faced a delay in getting an extra mattress

I had Bad and horrible experience for this property. Bathroom were not cleaned also no water for shower.

Very good staff , neat and clean rooms , i stayed for 1 night very good experience.I found this property on make my trip.

My booking was for deluxe room but they provided me an ordinary room. There was no provision for tea etc. means they don't have any kitchen.

Room was just okayish, water bottles were chargeable which should be complimentary for a room booked at rs. 1850, water issue was there upon asking, the owner said it's like that only. Bedsheets seemed like not washed properly

Best inn hotel have no generator. In night light is gone and we are not sleep well. If i will call the staff then staff misbehave and very bad talk with me

Property was maintained well, clean blankest, pillow. Room cleanliness, wash room were excellent. Location was easy to reach.

It was a great stay in emergency but can't say the same in case of living for more than 2 nights as basic amenities lack in number.

No food, no tea in fact no kitchen available. I requested for extra blanket as it was about 4 degrees in night at mohali but request unheard. Wasted my money and time. Requesting everyone pols don’t stay here

Worst experience, i would never recommend it to anyone, the hotel stinks like hell and staff’s behaviour is worst.

I had checked-in in the hotel in night and there is no bell boy to carry the luggage and they even charge for a water bottle. A water bottle in 24 hours is complimentary in every hotel. Riducolous hotel.

There was no light all day and no backup as well. No basic toiletries were available in the washroom and when asked for them they charged the money for providing it. Stay was very unprofessional and rude. I won't recommend it at all.

I have bad experience in this hotel. I stay here with my guests. Receptionist is a very arrogant boy. Manager is also nonsence.

I booked the hotel from mmt. My booking was confirmed as i reached the hotel the manager took my id’s and then said that the hotel is fully booked. On saying that i have booking confirmation he asked us to go to hotel near by which was of his friends. Worst experience ever. I have booked a hotel from mmt platform which was confirmed and still i had to suffer.

Ask for anything whether its coffee tea or blanket or anything they take atleast an hour. No intercom, tv not in working condition, washroom bathing stool broken, no refrigerator, dirty towels, bedsheets were torn with insects. I paid 2200- for the room which was not worth rs. 200- i suggest mm t to survey the hotels before putting them on your portal. My room number was 101. Damn pathetic experience. Front desk staff was too rude too talk
