Service of this hotel is very bad. This also inform to reservation during checkout and dinner also not good after discuss with manager they also not help

1. Saltstays mohali has strange rule, they collect cost food ordered hand to hand, but from 6th floor guests only. 2. Room service is very very poor. Also they charge randomly, charge different ammount for same food even on same day

this was not a pleasant stay at all. The receptionist at the hotel were rude . During the visit, we faced electricity issues as well. The food was also below average.

I checked in around 7:30/8 pm yesterday- had booked breakfast room— I was a 7:15am room breakfast as I had to leave by 7:30– I kept calling no one picked up— no one served any breakfast

Location was very good, balcony was not good, food options were good. Cleanliness was okay but not in balcony

One of the most pathetic rooms ever it was so disgusting, the walls were all coming off. There was hair all over in the bedroom and on the sheets, the washroom was super tidy. They didn’t even clean the corners of the room before handing us over the cheapest, most furniture and aesthetics super disgusting day.

Booked Saltstayz Mohali for a peaceful stay, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The so called “balcony room” was just a back alley with AC units and steel bars hot, cramped, and completely unusable. A clear case of misleading advertising. Reception staff were shockingly rude and indifferent no greetings, no help, just cold stares. When I raised concerns, I was told the hotel is “usually rented to unmarried couples who pay by the hour and don’t expect service,” so I shouldn't either. That tells you everything about their approach to hospitality. WiFi was virtually non existent. Towels smelled bad. Amenities listed online (toiletries, dryer, iron, even toothpaste) were missing unless requested. Mattress was uncomfortable. Only the service staff delivering items were polite. Despite paying extra for late checkout, my elderly mother was forced to pack and sit at reception before the agreed time. When I addressed this at checkout, I was gaslit and then offered food as a "solution." Incredibly tone deaf. Clean rooms can't cover up a culture of apathy and misrepresentation. Definitely not recommended. Also the door didn’t have a physical latch and had a flimsy lock which could be opened with force without keys! All the best staying here alone. I’m unable to. There’s some tech glitch

It's good hotel, neat and clean, good fresh break fast. Staff is good and supporting. Dinner also good. Food is very good quality. In the morning fresh break fast and in night good dinner as well
