Location and food was good but the room was absolutely terrible.ac switches were broken.wall papers were torn .scary room .when I asked the receptionist to change or upgrade the room she denied . even 1000 rs rooms are much better than this room .aweful experience

Arista Hotel || Chandigarh Trip
It was pleasant stay in this hotel, situated at good location, staff was good. Rooms are cleaned and spacious. Some basic things were missing like, Slippers, moisturizer, Sports channel in Television. Need to improve bit. Apart from above, everything was top notch, Morning breakfast was also good, options are limited, as south indian food was missing and some fruits are missing like banana.

Average Stay
Average over priced stay, too much seepage in the rooms. Buffet breakfast didn’t had many options. Water sink was broken. Overall ok.

Poor Stay
Poor service. When we arrived, sorting out hot water arrangement itself took more than 1 hr. Rooms and corridors were smelly. Reception staff was the most rude staff have come across in recent past. Phone, TV everything was not working initially and had to call room service too many times. Room service was non responsive most of the times. Overall it was a forgettable experience

The service of the hotel was very bad. For all the work done, we have to call the reception three to four times. We won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
