The Air Conditioner of the room was not working the hotel staff refused to either change the room or provide a refund we were stranded 1 am at night on the road with no place to go. Extremely bad and rude staff

The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar. It plays DJ with full volume and despite having a premium room the noise inside was killing. No action despite complaint. Wifi signal is poor and it disappears in several pockets in the room
