Pathetic room service. Telephone was not working. No dishes were provided when we talk about kitchen. Everyone sitting at front desk are of just talking, did not do anything when we complained about room service

There was a lot of dampness in the room. The so called presidential suite rooms are worse than lower category rooms. Construction activities are simultaneously going on in the adjoining rooms causing noise and dust pollution. The free coffee machine in the lobby doesn't function. Breakfast buffet was not upto the mark. Service was very slow and food was not refilled timely. The car parking is paid in the Shopping Mall.

Bad behaviour of restaurant staff

The restaurant staff was bit wiered, i opted for buffet dinner but they gave me a paper with 2-3 things and to order from that only. Initially he said that it will be unlimited later i asked for ice cream in desert, the staff members smiled by looking at each other and after reminding multiple times they sent icecream. Room was good.

Extremely misleading photos. Went there and had to call customer care and cancel. Walls were broken. There were hair on everything and stains and dirt everywhre. Worst property we ever saw Shady place.

Location is great but the sanitation was not that great. The linen was dirty, even after we asked them to change it. The washroom was also not that great. The walls were glass with no proper covering. It’s fine for solo travel but not good for siblings, friends etc

Quality of service has gone down as they provided me a room having no toilet paper roll and also the bed was mentioned king size but was a queen size & service was very slow to respond , quality of breakfast in buffet was not so good ! Overall the hotel is not a good choice . Will abstain from booking this place in future .

my experience was very bad due to serious food issues. I had confirmed my food order, but I received the wrong items, and the food quality was extremely poor. Even after raising a complaint, I did not receive any response. I waited from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM for a resolution, but there was no update or support from your side. This kind of service is very disappointing.

Location and food is good. I booked presidential suite that disappointed me and me to downgrade to deluxe room which is far better than presidential suite. Presidential suite (full of dampness) has very small balcony and no city view.

My experience with the stay

The room i was in had paint peeling off at different places in the room . The morning breakfast had more of empty bowls with food tags . this again is not expected for a room costing over 4k per night
