I booked for a presidential suite and i reached at night 12:30 and the hotel told me that they gave my room to somebody else and now only small rooms are left I booked for a presidential suite and arived at 12:30 mid night and the hotel refused to give me the same room. The room i booked was already given to a walkin costumer. The room i booked was 500 sq feet and it was with a private balcony but the room i was given was completely closed and 300 sq feet only. And at mid night no othe hotel would allow me to check in. It was so disappointing and harassing to me.

Location is great. Food quality is OK. But due to a lounge below, music vibrates at night and gets difficult to sleep. Had to change my room as earlier I was allotted a room near lift which had disturbing noise and beeped all night.

We booked a deluxe room and it was costly according to luxury and it’s look like a store room size but though we have to go for luxury one buts according to money deluxe room is not worth it

The room was dirty, stinked like hell and the door got locked from inside. Someone from the team came and opened the door from outside without even knocking and said “khull toh raha hai”. Rude, unprofessional staff. We booked the presidential suite thinking it would be premium but it was pathetic. and we left the room within 20 mins. Still looking for a resolution from them. Waste of money
