I had booked premium room in the hotel everything seems fine until i heard sound of pigeon coming from my bathroom, when i got there i saw the roof of bathroom was broken and when i asked receptionist about this, they told me pigeon had lay-ed eggs and babies are there in it. I asked to change room but room was already assigned and all they can do is cover that big gap with tape, such a horrible idea that would lead to death of babies. So we denied for this and we adjusted by closing the bathroom's door and we were hearing sounds all night ruining our stay.

The hotel reception had no idea about my booking. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to confirm my booking. Then executive room was not allotted for which i had paid. Washroom was dirty. Overall it was unhygienic.
