The hotel did not match the photos and description shown on your app. The condition of the room and facilities was far below what was promised. Additionally, I was charged extra for basic items. For example, I ordered 2 water bottles, each priced at ₹30, but the bill came to ₹89, including unnecessary service charges. This feels unfair and misleading. I trusted MakeMyTrip for reliable bookings, but this experience was both unpleasant and costly. Perfect Place for the stay.parking is available. The bed is comfortable. The food is good and the bathrooms are clean and the staff is very humble.

I am a hotelier. I called the hotel in advance to confirm if the rooms are cleaned. I booked super deluxe room. The receptionist told me that they will make sure the bed has fresh linens. When we reached the room. The bed sheet had hair on it and looked like it was being reused. We requested the staff to change the bedsheet and pillow covers in front of us. I think the room was good but the hotel needs to update their linen. The bedsheets looked old even when they were washed. The blanket covers and the towels were torn and had threads coming out from it. The cleanliness was appropriate

Bed sheet below and blanket all are 2 minute dirty and like stains on The bed Sheet I requested multiple time to the hotel staff but the didn't provide any resolution also like many times lights are getting down and all also like this hotels provide early services like and something else like activities inside the hotel

This hotels are providing OYO services in like emiti Time. You can get some like unnecessary things on bed like a you know, unexpectable thing you can get in bed like AC, not working properly and housekeeping staff is polite but services to poor if you order your food and you get your food like around after one or two hour after.
