It’s was really nice staying in Tamarillo , we stayed for 3 days and overall experience was reallly nice . Staff was friendly always available to help , food was delicious and location was lush green and serene

Had a wonderful stay in Ooty! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The peaceful location made the experience even better. Perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this hotel to all!

Good Stay
Overall stay was very good, but the food was very limited, and towels and sheets were not clean. Transport is also bit expensive. The staffs are very sweet and always available.

The stay was good. Staff was very welcoming. It's a little bit away from the main area but manageable if you have your own vehicle. Breakfast and dinner provided is good. Ranjeet/Sam/ Karan/ Smitha are very helpful.

Poor Stay
The place is extremely small, looks very old and not maintained at all. Pictures are a bluff..must have been when it was first started..since then it looks like they haven't even washed the curtains. although the ppl managing and staffs were polite and helpful but since there were only few it took two hours to make rooms ready even though we reached on time for check in. the view was too good from balcony. I think they are simply taking money just for view..

overall the stay was good, but need a little improvement in bathroom accessories the service was good and food too can try this place for sure once, as it is covered with nature The service by Appu was good and thanks for great service

Very Good for Stay
Location is decently out of main traffic with pleasant enviroment and peace. Ammenties are very good and services of property companion “Appu” are execellent. This guy is very helpfull.

The stay was amazing. The rooms, the space, the surrounding everything was very good. The washrooms are spacious and well lit. The service was very welcoming. And above all the food they provide was delicious.

Good Stay
The homestay is situated in the outskirts of Ooty. We could see hills with tea plantations right from inside our room. The hosts were good to us, service was good, dinner was okay but breakfast was nice. We borrowed the hosts' binoculars to have a look at the tea plantations. There was a camp fire at night and the host provided a bluetooth speaker for music. The overall ambience of the homestay is nice with a lot of plants and flowers. Families will love it, couples can have privacy. The only con according to me is the location. You need to get all the supplies you need from the city itself as you won't find any shops nearby. Overall must visit once.

Really pleasant and relaxed stat
Had a very pleasant stay with lush green surroundings.. we were served really good food and the staff were also very helpful. The owner of the stay suggested some really good drive routes and places to visit. Would definitely suggest to all my friends and family.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The room was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Additionally, the hotel offers a car for sightseeing at an affordable price, and our driver, Vimal Anna, was a gem. He was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home, even waiting while we shopped and giving us the freedom to take our time. The food was absolutely delicious, thanks to the talented cook Moses Bro, who made our meals enjoyable. He was very friendly and even took the time to click several photos of my family when we were taking pictures, which was a lovely gesture. Shiva, the helper, was very polite and attentive, making sure everything was in place. Shaik Anna, who took care of our stay, was outstanding. He constantly emphasized that customer happiness is their happiness, and it was clear he was committed to ensuring our satisfaction. The hotel is both couple and child-friendly, and the views from the room and restaurant are breathtaking. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ooty – great service, friendly staff, and a memorable stay!
