Terrible Stay
There are some points which disappointed us:- I would like to give zero rating and I will not go to that resort in future. 1. The location shared by Make My Trip was wrong. 2. The service of the hotel was very slow, you had to call the reception 5 to 6 times to get a response. Even after placing an order in the restaurant, you had to call 2 to 3 times, only then the order was processed. 3. The room inverter was not working when the light went off. 4. Just in front of the room where we were given a room, there were labourers who were standing in the garden and using foul language and smoking cigarettes. And at around 3 am, the sound of their shouting was also coming from there, which disturbed our sleep. 5. The phone extensions installed in the hotel were not working. The WiFi was not working. 6. There were dust and many dirty marks on the curtains inside the room.

Average Stay
The place was clean, good and hygienic but the inly problem was about the room service and food. We had to wait for almost an hour everytime we asked for food or room service, additionally they would not even bring the whole order at once, instead the would bring things halfly & take an hour to visit the room.

Pleasant Stay, But Dining Experience was not good I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The room was excellent – spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the expected amenities. It truly made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, the food and restaurant service were not up to the mark. The quality of food didn’t match the standards expected at a resort of this level. Additionally, the service was slow and not very attentive, which took away from the overall dining experience. Overall, while the accommodation was impressive, the property is well maintained with a swimming pool, gardens, the resort needs to improve its culinary offerings and service quality to provide a more balanced and satisfying experience for guests. Special mention of Mr. Kiran Kumar for a smooth check in and check out experience.

location a little rural not much to explore , food is satisfactory and good options and best part pure veg best for jain people like us wasnt able to access all abilities as it's still under construction but loved the pool and the play area overall helpful staff and the place is very good and spacious property also the villas were amazing overall best for families and couples

Uneducated Staff. In desperate need of a good manager.
groupThe place was excellent. The food was goodish. But the staff were really bad, I mean they were polite but you can't get anything on time. They were also not synced. One person was saying restaurant is closed another one was saying it's still open. One said we can't get ice bucket or chilled water the other said he is bringing it but he brought it after almost an hour and it was chilled water I am talking about and the temperature of it a little below room temperature. We made ice in our room faster than that.

Poor Stay
Jaisa socha tha waise nahi nekala...the cottage was good...but intercom was dead..restaurant food waa tasteless...nothing much to see and explore their.. only half day is sufficient for this destination....2.5 rating I will give.
