The hotel is good but the room is at ground floor and they don’t have separate tap in the bath tub room in the bathroom they only have bath tub not a tap other than that it’s good and also food quality is not good

I found this hotel while searching for accommodation at the Comfortable price range, Fortunately my office was just nearby to the property, and my 2 Night stay was really good. I found everything was new I mean rooms and baths were in excellent condition. The food quality and quantity, most importantly the taste was really good at the price.

Unhygienic room, daily cleanliness was not there. Everytime we need to contact reception to switch on air conditioner. Location is good.

1. Room smelled like cigerette. 2. Deluxe room is better than premium. 3. Premium rooms with bathtub are useless.

Dear Mr. Saurabh, Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points: 1. Room Smell: All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Every room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before check-in. No such issue was reported by any other guest before or after your stay in the same room. If you had informed us during your stay, we would have immediately resolved it or provided a room change. 2. Deluxe vs Premium Rooms: Premium rooms are larger, come with more amenities, and include bathtubs as an added feature. Deluxe rooms are a separate category and cannot be compared based on personal preference. Room type and facilities are clearly mentioned on the booking page. 3. Bathtub Feedback: Bathtub is an optional facility and is well-maintained. Calling it "useless" is a personal opinion and not a service issue. We request all guests to report any concerns during the stay so we can take immediate action. Writing incorrect reviews later without informing the hotel does not help in improving services. Poor Stay
You see biggest problem with this hotel is. They will ask you to pay an extra amount for any random thing... You ask for early check in...500 rs added to your bill even if the rooms are empty. If you are a single person in double occupancy room and update your booking to 2 people.. They will charge 500 for that also. Their restaurant does not have things available. They will take the order and will run to market to buy groceries.. Which can again lead to 1-2 hrs of wait for your food. Rooms are not very hygienic the beedsheets blanket are dirty.
