The property is in good location and also the room , but service is very horrible. During my 3 days stay no one come to clean the room not even change the towel even after the complaint. The manger also misbehave as I booked because they get more.

Hotel location is good, but cleaning is not good, bathroom needs renovation, their daily utility like bath towel, toiletries needs a lot of changes. Bath towels are literally torn out, still they are serving to clients. Staff needs a lot of training

I was asked for more money than i booked the room for; and was threatened to not get a check in if i didn’t pay. The rooms were small and the washroom was filthy.

Room 104. Shower not working. Sink had leakage. No dental kit or towels provided.

Unsanitary with mosquitoes. Uncomfortable sheets with broken bed.

our Money was not refunded back . we called the call center , that also couldn't help me . I asked for refund but they haven't done anything thing yet. then I had to leave the hotel and go to the different hotel. don't book any Oyo hotel as they are all with worst services

Except location nothing is good about this property. No backup, very small rooms and untidy. Food is also below average.

The cleanliness was good and the staff was also cooperative. However, the rooms are not sound proof and there was a lot of disturbance and noise coming from the corridor, there was a child streaming and crying almost all the time and a family talking loudly.

Despite paying extra here the property denied to serve me dinner ) so they kinda wasted my extra money against the option i opted for.

I am checking 9 pm at hotel. Hotel manager said your payment is half. Pay extra 1000 rs. Also total payment. New hotel is internal. Not pro-par clean room. I am not a sleeping this night.
