Room was good but i have booked a room with breakfast but on 7th October i am waiting for breakfast but didn't get it i have called 2 time to the reception for breakfast they just saying that we are preparing i have got my breakfast at 12:15pm And the breakfast was just a one poha and plain bread pieces 4 for two peoples in a room they ask me for extra pay for late check out because i got my breakfast at 12:15 how can i check out at 12 pm so i take 2 hours for checkout so that i will take a shower and get ready but they charge me a 600 rupees for late check out still of his mistake to provide breakfast on time Very pathetic room service and hotel service

The late check-out fee of ₹600 was applied accordingly, as the extended stay was not due to any service delay from our side. I had booked a hotel in Indore ,Hotel Benchmark Premium My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the staff denied me entry, saying that the hotel was fully booked. I was surprised and asked how my booking was confirmed if there were no rooms available. Later, informed me that the AC in the room was not working, but this was never communicated to me in advance. Because of this, I had a very bad experience with both the hotel . I was left stressed and helpless late at night. I had no choice but to book another hotel at the last moment and had to pay extra money for it.

Though location is good bu there are few concerns which must be reslovwd by hotel. WiFi was not working, water clogged in washroom, daily room cleaning was not done.room floor was not properly clean. The only good thing for me was hotels location.
