Staff behaviour is not familiar and professional they are not interested to help us. Parking not available. This is not hotel , looks like old kholi converted in hotel and staff is also very akru time.

Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre."

i had booked three rooms for one night stay on 6th September 2025. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was courteous and well behaved. The only minus point was that there was no tea/ coffee making facility in the room.. The room service starts at 7am hence, those who get up early and want to have tea/ coffee feel uneasy.. The hotel management should look in to this and take necessary action.

Stayed here recently and left disappointed. Rooms were just average, and breakfast didn’t impress—charging extra for butter felt stingy. Even milk for babies was chargeable, which was surprising and quite off-putting. Worst of all, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Hygiene needs serious attention. Wouldn’t recommend unless they make real improvements.

1) Booking was done through MMT Platform for 2 Adults and 1 Child (13yrs) with Breakfast inclusive… however Child was not offered breakfast at Hotel. 2) No dental kit was offered, informed it is out of stock. 3) Room sleepers not offered. 4) only 1 Ltrs water bottle offered among 3 people per day (outside temp of 40 degree ). 5) Rooms were Ok to stay.
