The staff is good and cooperative. However there seems to be some management issues. Rooms are good but filthy and need maintenance as the lower part of the walls are dilapidated. Toilet spray and shower needs maintenance as the force of water is so hard, it hurts while washing sensitive areas. The Hotel does not serve any other cold drinks apart from Fanta. Even though we preferred Ala carte, the staff was convincing us to go for Buffet and the reason stated was - it will take time to cook as per ala carte. Well, that's okay as we understand that the Aa Carte menu needs time but they mentioned it will take more than 30 to 40 minutes. We had to accept their offer to go for the buffet.

Wifi was not working, it was only accessible at lobby area, for professionals not recommended, continuous forced to checkout early, food taste was ok.

Nice to stay... Staff are given quick reponse... Reception staff are so humble and pleasant. Property Location is appropriate as our requirement. Food quality and serving also best.

Hotel staff was good and well mannered. Hotel is near highway so easy approachable. Food is good with good ambience.

Hotel Nandan kanan has an expansive property; located nicely on the national Highway. It seemed understaffed. Whole place was stinking of cigarettes. Breakfast was cold, and nobody was there to attend the guests. Toaster was not working. All in all there seemed to be total apathy.

The location of the property is very good right next to the Mumbai Agra Highway in Dewas so no need to enter the city traffic. Cleanliness in the property is also good with spacious rooms and a functional pool. However, there are some disappointing points which let down the stay experience. The Restaurant serves only veg food with average taste. The Tata sky unit never works either it is not activated or the set top box never gets connected to the faulty power socket so no entertainment. Bathroom fixtures are always leaking. They only provide one towel in the bathroom, no hand towels. This time I got a broken electric tea kettle, after reporting to the staff too it was never replaced. So there was water all over the floor when I used it and no one came to cleanup. Dangerous situation having an electric appliance with leaking water. Lethargic room service makes it more disappointing. Overall 3/5 stars, 1 for location, 1 for cleanliness and 1 for spacious rooms. Service needs a lot of improvements especially when they charge a premium price for the stay.

Unsatisfactory service, very minimal breakfast spread, property looks desolate from outside despite being on side of highway. Rooms are okay with a 80s feel. Okay for people halting on highway at night. Rates are high when compared to condition and services.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The service was exceptional, and I was impressed by the attention to detail. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxing ambiance throughout the property. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit!

I have made food payments twice of Rs 995 else the hotel did not return back the amount. im continuously taking follow up with the hotel but did not get a response.

The rooms were quite good 😊 Food was also great with good services. The staff was humble and polite. They have an outdoor pool. We had a great time there.

The management is Careless & Undisciplined. They have to force to get the job done. Even basic amenities were not provided properly.
