The property must provide everything ega towel at least without asking. Plus the rooms must be maintained well, it was good butcould have been better. I found washroom congested.

Rooms are in very good condition with proper hygiene. Need improvement in more better quality of coffee sachets and bath soap which is basic need of every customer.

Some staff's behaviour was rude.Specially the women at the name of hotel policy she has denied to handover the food i have ordered from zomato to my room.Even after several requests she was insisting guests to come and collect their food

Very good hotel to stay in Bhubaneswar and it is near to railway station. Staff are very nice. Restaurant is also good.

Invoice was not given during checkout despite insistence also after showing makemytrip booking voucher where it was mentioned gst invoice need to be taken from hotel Also room booking with breakfast was done through makemy trip but hotel Manager denied 2-3times but later agreed after I said my stay period was 19hrs(booked for 2 days)

Booked King bed for family but they provided 2 seperate beds. For King bed extra amount. My 1 year baby food spilled on bed sheet and they charged amount for laundry. ordered bed tea at 7 am but delivered at 8:30 am. Bad behaviour of staff due to booking through MMT and say in discount rate we cannot commit service.
