Terrible sta
Terrible 1. Guest house manager told me to check out by 9am in the morning when it is mentioned before 11am in mmt policy. 2. Mosquitoes welcomed us in the room due to open small window in bathroom 3. Manager told me about price for three people is less, i asked him to check with mm t not with me 4. I asked the reception to send one blanket for additional mattress around 11pm. Employee said we can't provide now as store keys are with manager and he left. Not for family as manager and supporting staff doesn't listen to customer problem rather argue with customer
