Room is good but AC distributed

The hospitality was good and professional also. This is my second visit/ stay in SSJ.

The hotel is good, neat & clean. Food is good. Location is near the main road. The real concern is the dirt road infront of the hotel even the autorickshaw may charge more just for the muddy road. otherwise all good.

Location is pathetic,Since road conditions are poor Uber refuses to reach the gate of the hotel food is ok

It was a good room as shown. It was not like the premium one in the catalogue. The room was good and the service was also good. Everything was good.

room and room service is good.. but assigned room have ventilation issue..there is foul odor in room and washroom after room is locked for long time..

Every about the hotel is super good but the road to the hotel needs to be worked and the hotel should make card payment accepted

worst service. taking 30 rupees for a 20 rupee water bottle. lift gets breakdown frequently. No proper connectivity. Rude staff behavior.

Ac not working/leakage water in ac staff is bad, bathroom bad, not cleaning, staff is very poor,

"I recently stayed at SSJ hotel for two nights. The location was convenient, being close to AIIMS BBSR. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom was clean.  Overall, it was a decent stay. I would recommend it to others for a short stay.
