The properties location was very good and communicable. The food from the hotels restaurant was a bit overpriced but tasty.

No natural air. Fully smelling room, no proper door. Simply name good casa regency

The room was clean, but the bed was smelling badly. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

It's a Guest House not a hotel. Floor tiles are in poor condition. Some of the tiles are damaged and broken. If you are not walking carefully then your foot might get hurt. Seepage marks are visible on the walls.

This was my second stay at Casa Residency, and once again, it truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet, and fresh—perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff gives a warm and welcoming reception, which adds a personal touch to the experience. The location is also a big plus—it’s close to all major tourist attractions and important places in Bhubaneswar, making travel very convenient. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast served is tasty and satisfying.

CASA Residency is a great place to stay in the heart of the city. The owner and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The Super deluxe rooms with breakfast are a steal and highly recommended. The rooms are spacious with AC and TV. The limited available home food is tasty and hygienic. Wifi is good. Location and ambience is the key USP. Restaurants are nearby and well serviced by Swiggy and Zomato. Hospital is next door in emergency. Great place to stay with family or friends. Enjoy your holiday.

Only two staffs available in day time only. Not a single staff availability in Property after 7pm to 8am. Very Poor Cleanness. Dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and problems with bathroom upkeep are frequent complaints. 

extremely poor room quality. no one at the front office to attend. we have search the whole hotel for someone who could check us in. AC was not working. there was literally no staff who could attend to us. only one security guy was doing check in and attending the customers. extremely poor quality bed. very very thin walls and low ceilings. we felt suffocated.

this is the good place to stay , no noise and cool place lovely area 😀, rooms are good need to improve the cleaning rest all good .

The room actually booked a guest house without proper facilities. The room was very untidy and not properly maintained. After check in, the situation was so pathetic that we immediately checked out and searched for another hotel.
