renovation work was going on very dirty. breakfast was included but they charged for tea and coffee...they said tea n coffee is not included in breakfast..is it so?

Testy food, all the require amenities present inside the room, only issue with the front desk manager cum owner I guess, he dosnt know how to behave with the customer specially when customer talking about any disccount, he always say no there is no counter answer about the no, I think he first learn about this things, than sit on the front desk.

The location is at the outskirts of the main city so it gets difficult to find cabs to and from the hotel to the airport. The food was quite okay. Their rice items are better than their South Indian and Punjabi variety. The rooms were adequately and simply furnished, but they can slightly work more on the cleanliness. The staff were courteous and helping. The overall stay was good

Value for money, comfortable living, staffs are cooperative, foods are also good and reasonable price
