Hotel The Sutrupti

Room was stinking and the whole floor smelled like fish the bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty in both the room(i switched rooms because of the smell) bathroom was okayish and the food was okayish too

Very bad service, dinner timing was 7 pm to 11pm but when i was informed to serve at 10:30pm they rudely told me to go and take outside, a very bad experience.

Rooms were good and spacious but there was no hot water facility. Ac was leaking water in one of the rooms

If mm t wants to save its brand value, it should omit such hotels from the list. Towels not clean, insects lying around in room at diff places, food quality is not good. Half wet towels given asked for.

Location is very bad near fish market. Parking as mentioned not available. Food as per menu not available

Almost ok. Value for money stay.

For parking in front of the hotel medicine store person is fighting saying park that side of road bla bla…. And if any event is there hotel person use to stop water to use those who stays in hotel, saying come down to reception and use here. Too bad experience…

I had booked two diamond rooms for one day that was 29/10/22, one was very good and in one room we get some issues but, overall the rooms are good for staying.

Entrance gate is extremely poor

Overall average rating is good, genuine price and genuine location and genuine series.

Apart from the location which is bad only for 4 hrs (3. 00 am to 7 am) everything is great
The hotel is very good. But due to fish trade in the very early morning (3 am) in the locality guests will have a problem in sleep

Stayed there for a night. Location is near to fish market but easy accessible from cab. Fish smell all over place. Major drawback was lift. It was an average to poor experience for us.

The hotel is good but finding it is difficult. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The room is big and decent.

Room bedding was clean. Desk manager subrat behavior was quite good. Rest of things were average.

The hotel is wonderful value for money - clean, sufficiently spacious if you just want a room for the nights. The best thing is the food. We really liked the prawn dopiaza and the fish masala. A generous quantity of prawns cooked in true Odisha style. Breakfast was delicious, did have less variety, but nothing to complain considering the price being paid. The best were the attendants in the restaurant. Our special thanks to Jitendra, Smriti Ranjan Mohanty, and Devraj. They did a wonderful job keeping us happy with the food. Getting us hot pooris from the Kadai, cooking dishes as per our taste, getting us chhena poda from outside although their stock was over, they did all with a smile. It was really nice interacting with them.
