The room was small, dark, and full of mosquito. No network available inside room. Owner behaviour was rude and does not hear what customer had to say

My request is please ask your representative to visit the sr guest house and after that display the property. Yesterday they allowed 102 room which was fully dirty and room is not recommended for staying. The ac is just about the bed no remote control. Now i am efforts with cold. You people are fooling us

First of all room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheet was used one. Not washed one. Lot mosquitoes was there in room. Furnitures also found broken one.

The property was in a good location. Staff's behaviour was good and polite. Room was large but as the building was old maybe, it require maintenance. The ac in our room was not working properly(1st room, there was no water in the commode also there was no knob on the door of the bathroom from inside(2nd room. Other than that everything is good.

Worst bathroom, ac not working properly, unclean room, waiting for check in, when you're a solo traveller didn't come to this hotel actual room and pictures are different.
