Review Of Hotel Royal Inn

Hotel are not convenient for seniors citizens, no hygiene maintenance about blankets and everything, rooms maintenance is not good, lift also not available fr third floor ,its not worthy for money

It was a good experience.The service,hygiene and stay is good. It was a nice experience as the staffs behaviour is nice and their service is also nice

The hotel staff was rude. The room provided did not any amenity switched on. For a hot water bath you need to inform the hotel to switch it on and then only geyser would be switched on. Television does not work. Even after telling staff for 24 hrs still they were unable to get cable working. Ultimately i purchased the ott. Package and watched stuff online. On the bedding u will be provided with only one thin cambal. We booked a non ac room which we upgraded to ac. The ac did not work. It was fixed at 25 degrees. Next day we again downgraded to non ac room. On our arrival we were provided with two water bottle. However on check out it was charged at 40 rs each which is double the cost. There is no cooking facility so you need to go out to have meals. As a recommendation i would want to duelist the hotel as the tourist should not even see such hotels in their list.

We booked a single room for 4guest but letter they gave us 2 rooms which i quite amazing. We love. The hotel service

1. Room walls were dirty 2. No parking space 3. No kitchen or restaurant 4. Complimentary breakfast of was arrange from outside roadside hotel 5. Room telephone was not working 6. Fan regulator was not working 7. Ac was okay 8. Pillow covers, towel and bedsheet were not properly clean or looking very dull.

Location was good, hotel. Not bad. It's only parking problem. Food quality and service are should be better.

The bed sheet and pillow are dirty; the blanket is extremely old and has a lot of rashes. Room walls and bathroom are the worst situation. Then they crossed all the limits when there was no hot water in the bathroom.

For a night stay or for working people it's ok. Location is good, they don't have own restaurant. Not recommended for old people because they don't have lift. All rooms in 1st and 2nd floor

Hotel staff was very polite and co-operative. Good hotel location near railway station walking distance.

Rooms were not clean, lot of stains on the bedsheets and pillow, and the room was full of mosquitoes, i strong no!

Breakfast is not up to the mark. Room size is very small. On this price range good hotels are available.

The staff members are really always helpful and cordial. Overall experience is very good. Whenever i approached them, they always helped me out.

Nice hotel to stay near railway station

There is no restaurant in this hotel. While i booked this hotel through makemytrip, it was showing having restaurant in the hotel. The management of hotel arranging food from some other restaurant. There is no choice of food. Even only one litre of water bottle, they have provided. Makemytrip should tie up this type of hotel after visiting and verifying. I am very disappointing with the arrangement of this hotel. No toiletries were provided except a piece of small soap. The ambience of hotel is very bad. The entrance and the way to reach reception is very narrow. My rating to this hotel is zero.

It's is not 4 star hotel i advice to make my trip pl if booking the hotel pl check the facilities

Good hotel bole to paisa vasool.

Pros - location - good. Staff behaviour - helpful. Toilet - clean. Cons - despite mentioning that breakfast was complementary on the listing, was made to pay for the same. Walls of the room - need fresh paint. Room badly needs a room freshener.

No food facilities. Ward boy can bring food from out side venders

The property is not recommended for families. For a day for a single person is ok. They don't have a kitchen and food served in the room is way overpriced. The staff tries to fleece money from every possible way. We were asked to pay more than what we had booked for and finally were being very odd stay policies. Quite uncooperative! Not a good experience staying.
