Had to book the place in emergency but good hotel, good quality rooms, staff also very helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel is just 5 mins walk from the metro and local station which is also very convenient.

Good Stay
Slightly overpriced and the breakfast is not very good with hardly any options. The rooms need renovation & service also needs to be upgraded

Terrible Stay
Facilities are not as per the standards shown on Make My Trip. Also, due to heavy rain and flood, i was arrived @ hotel 16th morning at 4 AM, so I have requested them to atleast extend my stay for 4 hrs for my parents. But they have not extended and I was compelled to book for next day.

Amenities and services and cleaning is very bad also metrics is dirtiness toilets very small and not clean

Excellent Stay
The place is excellent and I always choose Roa Hotel due to its convenient location and helpful staff. This time They helped me to get a cab on an urgent basis due to the strike called by Ola & Uber.

Poor Stay
Cleaning was not there , very dusty rooms room service response was also not good- very delay , no washroom sliper , it was I’m charge , breakfast was also very basic

Poor Stay
The bed quality is not satisfactory considering the room night charges. Additionally, the breakfast served was cold and lacked basic accompaniments like green chutney for bread pakoda or aloo bhajiya. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were informed that green chutney is not provided — which was quite disappointing.
