Poor Stay
No display of FAB HOTEL outside the property. Two numbers provided my MMT didn't have incoming facility due to no balance. isn't it funny. midnight looking for FAB HOTEL after 5 hours of travel standing under same building was pathetic.

Terrible Stay
it's totally waste of money..showing 3 star but it's 1 star hotel..its lodge not hotel.size of room and bed is very small. no electric kettle, no lift and this hotel is on 2nd Floor.no in house restaurant, breakfast is also not good.its not for family. only 1 thing is best that it's 5 mins walking distance and back side of Taj hotel.

very bad experience
I found a cockroach in the room, not happy.entire night I was unable to sleep. service was not good.

The property scores on location. Excellent location overlooking the Gateway of India, heart of SOBO. Value for money. Comfortable stay at a great location. Don't expect luxury or any star hotel facities. Simple, comfortable stay at a great location 👌

mDespite being located on a busy street, my room was an oasis of calm. I had an undisturbed night's sleep every night. This is a massive plus for light sleepers or those needing quiet time after a long journey

I was so impressed by the impeccable cleanliness! Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to my bathroom, sparkled. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job daily, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. It made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout my stay

Mattress was comfortable and room felt fresh . Peaceful and clean stay . Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms were same as shown in the picture.

Good Experience overall near prime spot
Lift and other amenities were well maintained. Everything was smooth, right from check-in to check-out. Nice interior and good lighting in the room.

Would surely stay here again next time. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls. Peaceful environment made it perfect for rest. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. Daily housekeeping was prompt and non-intrusive. Hot water was available at all times

Business Trip
Location is centralised but the premises do not have a lift. There are famous restaurants and food joints around.

Poor Stay
First of all Hotel location and address is not updated on site. Hotel has shifted its operations to another address. We were left stranded on closed location, like at 11 pm in night. Hotel new location is good. it's very near to Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Palace. Apart from this there is nothing good I can say about this Hotel. We booked Room with breakfast, but after reaching Hotel we found out that Hotel does not have kitchen and does not serve breakfast. After much discussion manager told that he will get breakfast delivered. But the quality of food was pathetic. Rooms and bathroom are too small. I would say not good value for money.
